  • KPMG in India and Culturelytics form a strategic alliance to offer AI driven workplace culture solutions.
  • The collaboration introduces measurable, analytics led culture transformation tools for Indian businesses.
  • The partnership aims to help organisations align culture with performance, compliance, and ESG goals.

KPMG in India has announced a strategic partnership with Culturelytics, an AI powered culture analytics startup, in a move aimed at transforming how Indian organisations understand and manage workplace culture. The alliance blends KPMG’s deep advisory expertise with Culturelytics’ proprietary technology to deliver actionable culture intelligence that aligns with business outcomes.

In today's fast evolving corporate environment, workplace culture plays a critical role in shaping leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, innovation, and even merger success. However, most traditional approaches to culture assessment are static, outdated, and fail to link culture with financial or operational impact. This collaboration hopes to change that.

Through this alliance, organisations will now have access to a unique set of solutions including culture diagnostics, leadership influence analysis, future readiness frameworks, and industry specific playbooks. These services are designed to help companies identify cultural risks, measure leadership impact, and support digital transformation efforts in line with governance and compliance mandates.

Sunit Sinha, Partner, Business Consulting, Human Capital Advisory at KPMG in India, emphasized that culture is no longer intangible. “With the right tools, it becomes a key driver of competitive advantage”, he said. “Our goal with Culturelytics is to offer an approach that is both strategic and measurable”.

Yeshasvini Ramaswamy, Founder of Culturelytics, echoed this sentiment. “Culture is often cited as the reason transformations fail, yet it's under measured. Our platform brings culture to the centre of business decisions through data”.

This marks one of the first collaborations in India to integrate advanced culture analytics into mainstream consulting. As more companies prepare for future-of-work shifts, ESG requirements, and digital adoption, this alliance positions KPMG and Culturelytics at the forefront of culture-led business transformation.
