Lemon Tree Hotels, Dehradun, has announced its newest signing, Keys Prima. Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, will manage the property, which is expected to open in FY27.

Dehradun, located in the picturesque Doon Valley, is the most populated city and the capital of Uttarakhand. It offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views since it is nestled between the Song River, a tributary of the Ganga, and the Asan River, a tributary of the Yamuna. Dehradun is a city for both business and pleasure travelers, with an unrivaled landscape and modern amenities. It is notable for various top boarding schools like as the Doon School, Welham Boys School, Welham Girls School, and the Rashtriya Indian Military Academy, which are all located in the Doon Valley.

Dehradun's scenery is bright and vibrant, complementing its gorgeous temples and architecture. Dehradun is close to several of India's most prominent pilgrimage destinations, such as Haridwar and Rishikesh. Apart from the numerous fairs, temples, and museums that draw thousands of people to Dehradun, the beautiful weather that the city enjoys, together with strong connectivity, is one of the many reasons why it is a popular tourist destination.

Keys Prima by Lemon Tree Hotels, Dehradun, will feature 55 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a bar, a banquet hall, meeting rooms, and other public areas. The Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun, is about 40 km from the property, while the Dehradun Railway Station is just 13 km away. The hotel is connected by both public and private transport from all major cities in India.

"We are thrilled to announce the expansion of our portfolio in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, with our valued partner M/s Doon Dwelling LLP", said Vikramjit Singh, president of Lemon Tree Hotels. This opening will be in addition to the state's eight existing and five new hotels and resorts, and we intend to extend our footprint in Uttarakhand even further.
