The Milestones Achieved
Over the years, Pratibha Electrical Contractor has carved a niche in the industry. For one of the projects of electrical revamping in Nashik, it commissioned 3000+ transformers, 30 substations and about 600km of overhead line,in Nashik, put up a 20MVA Substation with two feeders from separate sources - first of its kind of work in Pune. The Nano Plant- Sanand, Gujarat (2008) is also one of the works which it looks up to.

The company has registered a steady growth since inception. At the start in the year 1987, the turnover was 10lacs with around five permanent employees, at present the turnover is above 25 Cr with 100 permanent employees. “For us, the goal head is to explore more sectors and expand our presence which as of now is mostly limited to Maharashtra. We plan to have a physical presence in two major cities in India by the end of 2020. Also, we are embracing newer technologies in market like IoT or AI which would bring with them a pool of opportunities and we have a clear intent of harnessing those for which we have industry expertise seminars organized for the management and employees,” Joshi concludes.
