The portal is being built on state of the art technologies and security features. “Our retail portal will offer our customers online comparison of Health and motor covers and they can have the policy generated as soon as they make premium payment online. We are also looking at similar technology upgrades in managing the portfolio of our corporate clients,” he informs.
Apart from this, the company encourages the employees to attend Industry seminars and tech forums on a regular basis. “Fortunately, insurers treat us as a valuable partner and they arrange for regular training of our employees to help them keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends,” he adds.
