
Humanscale Launches Ergonomics Consulting Services in India

- Humanscale introduces Ergonomics Consulting in India through partner S Cube
- Services include workplace assessments, training, program development, and remote work ergonomics
- Certification programs and workshops to begin in India from December
Global workplace ergonomics leader Humanscale has launched its ‘Humanscale Consulting’ services in India, offering specialised ergonomics solutions through its authorised partner, S Cube Ergonomics Pvt Ltd. The move expands Humanscale's footprint beyond ergonomic products like chairs and desks to include expert consulting services across the country.
Humanscale Consulting, a division established in 2005, delivers customised ergonomics programs designed to improve worker comfort and reduce injury risks. Its team includes board certified ergonomists with advanced degrees in fields such as Human Factors, Kinesiology, and Physical Therapy. In India, S Cube will coordinate with Humanscale’s global experts to provide services like onsite and virtual ergonomic assessments, workplace design consulting, training, and ergonomics program management.
Jonathan Puleio, Global Vice President of Humanscale Consulting, said the launch is part of the company’s effort to promote healthier workplaces worldwide. “Effective ergonomics programs boost comfort, cut injury risks, and lower costs. We are proud to bring world-class ergonomics services to India”, he said.
Alastair Stubbs, Humanscale’s India Country Director, added that the consulting services will help organisations of all sizes build or improve their ergonomics programs with expert guidance.

Sathish Nandagopal, Founder of S Cube, highlighted the importance of proactive ergonomic measures to create safer, more productive work environments. He also announced that India will soon host Humanscale’s Certified Office Ergonomics Evaluator program, aimed at training professionals to conduct ergonomic assessments.
This launch marks a significant step toward enhancing workplace health and safety across India.
