Bengaluru based consulting firm Appiness Interactive has acquired San Francisco–based AI company iLumaLab to enhance its global presence and AI innovation capabilities. This move is part of Appiness’ strategy to grow its footprint in North America and expand its AI Centre of Excellence Program (AI-CoE).

iLumaLab, founded by AI expert Patrik Slachta, is known for creating custom AI solutions combining automation, data intelligence, and human-focused design. The acquisition adds fresh creativity and technical strength to Appiness’ AI ecosystem, Appyverse, which aims to transform how businesses adopt AI.

Visakh Viswambharan, Founder and CEO of Appiness, said, the partnership with iLumaLab began through a shared passion for innovation. He added that the acquisition fits naturally with Appiness’ mission to help organizations grow through intelligent technology.
