Besides being a Bachelor in Architecture and Master in Construction Management, Kuldeep with his 24-years commendable experience in architectural design, project planning, construction & program management for corporate and real estate clients across Indian metro and overseas markets founded ARKA in 2009. By upholding a large scale exposure of management from TATA Group, Jones Lang LaSalle and Novartis, he has handled ample projects such as Microsoft campus, Accenture, UBS India and Emaar Townships & various Hotels.
While ARKA's team of around 60 members (architects, project managers, engineers & technical support staff) collectively work in an open culture, they are duly encouraged to attend technical training sessions conducted by experts to get motivated and excel in the industry. Growing at a CAGR of 10-12 percent, ARKA (located at Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh and New Delhi) is currently focusing on Green Buildings, Lean construction management and ECBC under the supervision of project managers who are trained to excel in these fields of building industry.
